Tiia Vanhatapio will be presenting her upcoming collection Druidess SS11 on 14th of September at the Nordic:New York runway show (listed in the official NYFW calendar) as a sponsored talent. The show consists of one designer from each Nordic country and it is organised by The King Collective, a New York based fashion sales and market strategy firm.
Tiia Vanhatapio is also attending (capsule) New York trade show on 21st and 22nd of September. Edina Sultanik, the founder of (capsule) says that “Each season, (capsule) creates a culturally charged setting where cutting edge fashion is fused with music, art and design. This will present a perfect atmosphere to launch Nordic brands, since their culture is so enriched in these creative disciplines as well.”
